There are, unfortunately, very few web pages dedicated to the appreciation of celebrity legs. Most of the pages referenced below are "leg-friendly" rather than specifically about legs. There are plenty of sites about legs, but not celebrity legs (I haven't put any links to these general leg pages, but you can find links to them at some of the sites listed below). Some so-called "leg sites" are actually porn sites. I don't have any links to pages containing porn, or to any commercial pages (with one soon-to-be exception, see below). If you know of any celebrity leg pages which meet those two criteria and are not listed below, please let me know about it.
If you're looking for pictures of a specific woman, you have several options. You can check out my Legs Laureates page, which has links to homepages of many of the women who have appeared on my page in the past; I'm sorry to say you might find some outdated links there, since I don't have time to continually check all the links on that ever-growing list. If all else fails, search for the lady's name (in quotation marks) on Google, the most reliable search engine out there at the moment.
And now, on to the links.
The following sites are dedicated to celebrity legs in general, or to the legs of specific celebrities.
Formerly tv-babes.com; thanks to Michael Evans for tracking down the new location. This is a very extensive site featuring scans, vidcaps and collages of leggy television personalities from the news and talk show worlds. The MPEGs have apparently been deleted due to space or bandwidth constraints, though. The site has trouble with bandwidth limits and the galleries will probably only be available in the first few days of each month. It has not been updated in over 3 years and looks to be permanently inactive, but there's still some good archived stuff to be found there.
This long-time page was formerly a subscription site with some free galleries; it went down a while ago and is currently in the process of being revamped and relaunched. More indo when it happens.
FHM Magazine is, in my opinion, the best magazine in the world today that concentrates on the traditional "cheesecake", or "leg art" photography. Their Web site has a lot of very high-quality, full sized photos for free download. Until recently this was exclusively a UK mag, but there is now a US edition. They are about equal in quality and often share pictorials.
One of the best of the new crop of "nearly nude" men's magazines that have cropped up during the past 10 years or so, also including FHM, Details, Stuff, Gear, etc.
A site with some really good pictures, featuring both celebrities (not identified by name) and non-celebrities. It is now a subscription site, but has many free galleries.
A nice little site with quite a few hard-to-find celebrity leg pictures.
A new site that features both celebrities and non-celebrities in short skirts, short shorts, stockings, and pantyhose...as advertised.
This is the home page of Mercedes, a (very attractive) leg-art model who sells her pictures here. Also includes a very large selection of pictures of celebrities in stockings, including many old-time actresses and pictures I've never seen anywhere else.
This site features several pages of top-quality leg photos. Some of the women included are celebrities, while the rest should be celebrities.

Part of "Johnny Rocket's Hot Chicks In Boots" site. This contains lots of pictures of...well, female celebrities in boots. And where there's boots, there have got to be legs.
Pages that are not actually dedicated to celebrity legs, but which contain enough such content to warrant a visit by anyone interested in that sort of material.
Formerly known as the "Hollywood Cheesecake Gallery". Contains a lot of non-leg pics, but a lot of leg pics as well.
A site featuring many actresses seldom (or never) seen elsewhere on the Web; lots of vidcaps and lots of swimsuit and underwear scenes to be found. I especially like the Crystal Bernard, Gates McFadden, Joyce DeWitt and Bebe Neuwirth galleries. A large part of this site is locked away behind an "Adult Check", and therefore doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned, but there is some good stuff still available for free.
This site focuses on classic actresses, generally from the 30's through the 60's. Betty Grable and Jayne Mansfield are specially featured.
A member of CelebNet whose scans are regularly seen throughout the Net. His page has high-quality scans of 2 of my favorite leg photos of all time (Goldie Hawn and Morgan Fairchild), a part-time FTP site, and a whole page dedicated to the delicious Hudson Leick (Callisto from Xena: Warrior Princess).
Where there's bare feet, bare legs are frequently to be found in the same vicinity. Hopefully, the foot lovers won't mind if we leg enthusiasts cast our gaze just a little bit northward...
